Production Engineer - Injection Moulding

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Officer – Production (Knitting) to oversee and
manage the shop floor operations in Knitting Gloves & Dotting Gloves production on a
shift basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production
processes, meeting targets, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the production shop floor during assigned shifts.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize resources to achieve production targets as per
management expectations.
• Train and develop manpower on production activities and shop floor
operations.
• Implement and monitor safety practices, ensuring compliance with industry
standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and TPM (Total Productive
Maintenance) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflow with minimal
downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain machine efficiency
and product quality.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and
quality metrics.
