Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities Production Operations Plan and execute daily production activities as per schedule. Monitor productivity, output, and quality parameters. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines. Supervise welding operations (MIG / TIG / ARC as applicable). Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Manpower Handling Manage shop floor operators, welders, and technicians. Allocate jobs and monitor individual performance. Conduct daily tool-box talks and safety briefings. Maintain attendance and discipline on shop floor. Quality & Process Control Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards. Coordinate with Quality team for inspections and rework control. Monitor welding quality and dimensional accuracy. Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety guidelines and PPE usage.
