Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per schedule.
- Monitor productivity, output, and quality parameters.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines.
- Supervise welding operations (MIG / TIG / ARC as applicable).
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Manpower Handling
- Manage shop floor operators, welders, and technicians.
- Allocate jobs and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct daily tool-box talks and safety briefings.
- Maintain attendance and discipline on shop floor.
