The opportunity
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of high-voltage switchgear and related components. Your responsibilities will span from the initial stages of production to final dispatch.
How you’ll make an impact
Maintain HSE and Quality standard in production line. Ensure in process quality checks and skill certification of blue-collar employees.Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating to the employees (blue collar/white collar/contract).Blue collar management for optimum qualitative output. Drive operational efficiency and enhance productivity across our manufacturing processes.Handling ISO audits and all internal audits.
