Role Summary
Production Engineer
The Supervisor / Production Engineer oversees molding machine operations to meet production and quality targets. They lead and support operators, coordinate resources, ensure maintenance and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement for efficient and safe production.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate molding machines to produce livestock identification tags according to SOPs, ensuring products meet engineering and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance and product quality.
• Ensure all raw materials, equipment, molds, colors, fixtures, and components are staged and available for assigned operations, including material issuance for auto feeders.
