Production Engineer (Start ASAP)

Air Liquide seeks a Production Engineer to oversee safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement at Bukit Minyak and Ipoh plants, supporting customer and operational needs.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor and manage daily plant operations at Bukit Minyak and Ipoh Plants ensuring safety and efficiency, coordinating workflows among vendors, workers, and maintenance teams.
• Plan and lead productivity improvement programs to meet targets.
• Manage workforce scheduling and manpower arrangements to meet production demands safely and within budget.
• Support the Production Manager in identifying, justifying, and executing capital projects for new or additional production facilities.
• Ensure compliance with national/local legislation, Air Liquide Industrial Management Systems (IMS), and ISO 9001 standards.
