Production Engineer - Steel Structure

Qualifications

We are hiring an experienced Production Engineer Steel Structure with a strong background in steel fabrication and a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on UAE experience . The ideal candidate will manage and optimize production operations ensuring high‑quality output, cost‑efficiency and timely project delivery in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily steel fabrication and welding operations in the production facility.
• Ensure production is carried out as per approved engineering drawings and client specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement, design and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings, BOQs and welding procedures.
• Plan manpower, machines and materials for efficient shop floor operations.
