Production Engineer Trainee

We are looking for a Production Engineer Trainee to join our specialty paper production team inTervakoski. The trainee program lasts approximately 14-18 months and includes a 1-4 months job rotation at another delfort mill in Europe. The startingdate of this Delfortgroup's trainee program is flexible, at the latest in autumn 2026.

Your main responsibilities:

• Daily production tasks on the production line (paper machine); performance monitoring, ensuring production quality, problem-solving and leading people.
• Participation in CAPEX projects
• Various production development tasks
• Gaining hands‑on experience across different production environments to grow into a skilled professional in specialty papers.

Your profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science
