We are hiring for our client Production Engr VMC for Hosur Location

Job Description:

1.Develop and execute manual programming for Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) using G-code/M-code.

2.Set up and operate VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.

3.Select correct tools, offsets, speeds, and feeds based on the job requirement.

4.Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and material specifications.

5.Ensure first piece approval, maintain dimensional accuracy, and conduct in-process inspection using instruments like micrometer, vernier, height gauge, bore gauge etc.

6.Maintain daily machining logs and coordinate with the quality department for inspection and approvals.

7.Perform tool setting, tool life monitoring, and minor maintenance of VMC machines.
