Production Engineer

Searching for production engineers in the industrial sector to assists the department manager in achieving production objectives, in compliance with safety and the Zero Harm Company culture, as well as environmental standards.

Integrate Safety and the Environment into the various activities related to his function
Participate in plant safety improvement activities

Supervises, in collaboration with the other departments of the factory and the production foremen, the organization of production in order to respect the established schedule
Facilitates daily results analysis and problem solving activities
Participates with the foremen in the skills development plan for the production teams
Ensures the follow-up of production tools: purchases, maintenance, replacement
Optimization of products and production processes: proposal and implementation of improvement projects (safety, efficiency, etc.) and cost savings.
