- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment at all times.
- Coordinate with the heads of relevant departments and liaise with the maintenance section in the event of breakdowns.
- Responsible for production planning and control to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Develops and optimizes manufacturing systems to boost production efficiency, product quality and cost effective.
- Overseeing Production processes from Hot Rolled Coil to finished products and collaborating team to meet production target.
- Monitor stock levels of production consumables for the Spiral Pipe Mill (SPM), Repair, Splicing Yard and other production sections.
- Provide consistent feedback to the Plant Manager on all matters relating to production.
- Ensure smooth machine setup, initial pipe forming, right parameters setting according to Work Order Specification and Welding Procedure Specification.
