Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities and communicate with shift supervisors
  • Record daily production output and prepare basic reports
  • Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Conduct routine quality and process checks in production areas
  • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with maintenance on machine issues and breakdowns
  • Arrange worker training and prepare monthly incentives
  • Support QMS, ISO, and 5S compliance
  • Guide workers and resolve daily operational issues
