Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Executive to manage and support day-to-day manufacturing/production operations, ensuring quality output, timely delivery, and smooth workflow on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet output targets.
- Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and manpower.
- Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, reports, and MIS.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Support in reducing wastage, rework, and improving productivity.
- Coordinate with maintenance and stores teams for uninterrupted production.
- Assist in audits and compliance documentation.
