Job Description

Responsibilities:Production Planning and Scheduling: Assist the Production Manager in developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet production targets and customer demand.Monitoring Production Performance: Track and monitor daily production output, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Nashik plant. Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth production flow and minimize bottlenecks.Quality Control Coordination: Work closely with the quality control department to ensure that products meet established quality standards throughout the production process. Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.Cost Control: Assist in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures in the production process.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees in the Nashik facility.Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze production data to prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and any challenges faced.Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the production area.Team Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different production teams and shifts within the Nashik plant.Training and Development Support: Assist in identifying training needs for production personnel and support
