Job Title: Production Executive
The Hard Coating Technician is responsible for applying scratch-resistant, anti-reflective, or protective coatings to plastic and glass optical lenses, specifically in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves precise handling, cleaning, dipping, curing, and inspecting lenses to ensure they meet stringent visual and optical performance standards.
Work Experience
Education: BSC- PCM required.
Experience: Previous experience in the optical industry or fresher as well
Technical Skills: Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain computerized laboratory equipment.
Attention to Detail: Excellent visual acuity, including close vision and color perception to detect minor defects.
Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling delicate lenses.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
