Production Facility Manager

1. EHS & Other Compliances:

- Ensuring adherence to all EHS related matters in the Unit.

- Compliance w.R.T regulatory related matters / Govt. related sensitive matters - understand and ensure proactive compliance of all applicable Statutory Acts and rules pertaining to running of the Units.

- S/he will handle government representatives and all the correspondence with government authorities in line with laid-down policies and guidelines, and coordinate with HO wherever required)

2. Service:

- Ensuring seamless servicing based on daily BOR

- Responsible for Implementation of Initiatives or Assignments driven by HO.

- Represents the company, while engaging with External/Govt bodies, in line with company’s stated approach

Ensuring minimal manufacturing cost & maximum capacity utilization through optimal utilization of man material & machine

3. Engineering and Maintenance:
