Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is seeking a Production Front Line Leader to oversee production operations, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with strict safety and quality standards. This hands-on role requires a leader who can inspire teams, streamline production workflows, and achieve tangible results in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is based in Tuas and operates on a 12-hour rotation shift.
As a Front Line Leader, you will be responsible for allocating responsibilities, managing day-to-day production operations, and monitoring productivity performance against established production targets. You will lead your team to achieve operational excellence while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, implement change management processes, and develop your team's skills.
