Production Group Leader

**What You'll Do?**
As a Production Group Leader, you will be responsible for optimizing the use of personnel, materials, and equipment to meet production goals. You will lead and support the development of highly effective teams, ensure quality standards are met, and promote a safe and productive work environment. You will also play a key role in implementing lean manufacturing principles and supporting launch and pilot activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and support Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) implementation and maintenance.
- Train, develop, and evaluate hourly team members.
- Provide feedback to improve Group Leader performance.
- Respond to Andon calls and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in throughput improvement processes (TIP).
- Develop onboarding training plans for new Group Leaders.
- Manage headcount and plan weekend activities and resource allocation.
