Production Head -Event

Role Summary:

As an Events Production Head, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of events with a

strong focus on timely delivery, vendor coordination, team satisfaction, and budget control. Your role ensures

smooth event operations, adherence to checklists, and innovative contributions to enhance overall event quality

and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Strategy

• Understand event briefs and convert concepts into workable production plans.

• Review technical drawings, BOQs, fabrication plans, and production timelines.

• Ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage fabrication vendors, printing houses, AV partners, and staging teams.

• Negotiate pricing and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
