Job Description

The Head of Production is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end manufacturing operations within the food & beverage facility. This role ensures efficient production planning, high product quality, regulatory compliance, cost control, and continuous process improvement while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

  • Oversee daily production operations to meet volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets

  • Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and business goals

  • Optimize capacity utilization, throughput, and line efficiency

  • Minimize downtime, waste, and production losses through root cause analysis
