Key Deliverables:
- Achieve monthly production targets as per plan
- Oversee SMT and through-hole electronics manufacturing operations
- Manage end-to-end PCBA processes and quality output
- Lead and supervise production floor teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan daily operations and allocate manpower
- Monitor production performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
