Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Incharge in the neutraceuticals sector for our esteemed client. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should possess between 4 and 6 years of relevant work experience and exhibit proficiency in inventory management systems, quality control protocols, and supply chain coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management systems, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking of high-value neutraceuticals inventory (Mandatory skill).
• Sound knowledge of quality control protocols to maintain the highest standards of product integrity (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in seamless supply chain coordination to facilitate timely and efficient production cycles (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive understanding of GMP compliance, ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices.
• Adept at overseeing SOPs to guarantee consistent and streamlined production processes.
• Experience in lean manufacturing methodologies to minimize waste while maximizing productivity and value.
• Effective production scheduling skills to optimize resources and processes for meeting production deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance, including FDA and EFSA guidelines, to ensure all products meet international standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the production team in the daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to manage materials efficiently and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to meet the company's stringent quality benchmarks.
