Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Incharge to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, maintaining quality standards, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate production processes to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor machine operations, workforce productivity, and material usage.

Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques to enhance efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control guidelines, and industry standards.

Identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and waste.

Maintain inventory control and coordinate with the procurement team for raw materials.

Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to optimize processes.

Prepare and maintain production reports, machine logs, and efficiency records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Production Incharge, Supervisor, or Manager in a manufacturing unit.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production planning.

Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization is preferred.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production tracking software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in plastics, injection moulding, or safety equipment manufacturing.

Knowledge of ISO, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
