**Job Overview**
**Production Laborer – Day & Night Shifts**
**Location: Prairie du Chien, WI**
We’re hiring Production Laborers to safely handle composite lumber products and ensure materials meet company and customer standards.
**Shifts & Schedule:**
+ 12-hour rotating schedule (2-3-2)
+ **_Day Shift: 6 PM–6 AM $19.50/hr_**
+ Alternating weekends
**Key Duties** :
+ Move, stack, label, and secure lumber/materials
+ Apply tags, use staple gun, and troubleshoot equipment
+ Maintain clean, organized work area
+ Record production and assist other work areas as needed
+ Follow all safety and quality standards
**Qualifications:**
+ **High school diploma/GED preferred (not required)**
+ Manufacturing or lumber experience a plus
+ Basic math skills; must be 18If interested
