Darigold is seeking an experienced Production Lead to be a part of Darigold’s Plant team. The Production Lead will provide critical frontline support and serve as the first point of contact for production operators. The Production Lead is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities and assisting with equipment troubleshooting and improvement processes.

What You Will Do

The Production Lead will serve as a true strategic partner within the facility by:

· Coordination and delivery against the daily/weekly production plan.

· Compliance with Good Manufacturing Process Standards.

· Maintenance and monitoring of any required inventory necessary to facilitate meeting production attainment or processing loadout schedules.

· Perform Quality Tests on products produced in accordance with company or regulatory guidelines.
