Job Description

Overview

Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet delivery schedules

Manage and supervise production teams including machinists, technicians, and supervisors

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments

Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and customer requirements

Monitor production output, efficiency, scrap, and rework

Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 , safety, and workplace regulations

Handle manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring

Prepare production reports and updates for management
