Production Leader, 2nd Shift


Location: Southeastern Wisconsin

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM or midnight (occasional Saturdays)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Compensation: Competitive base + shift differential + bonus potential

Our client is a large, well-established manufacturing operation seeking a 2nd Shift Production Leader to lead a high-volume production environment. This role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing second-shift operations and serving as the senior leader onsite during that shift.
