Production Manager – 1st Shift (#4357 – Southwest Chicago suburbs) Facilitate direct reports to achieve production goals for this large CPG food manufacturing facility. Ensure standards for product quality and equipment; assist in developing budgets and short- and long-term goals. BS/BA preferred; 10+ years’ experience in a bakery manufacturing environment; leadership/coaching/supervisory experience; skilled on OSHA and FDA regulatory compliance; Bilingual (English-Spanish) a big plus. $110K-$150K with a 15% target bonus; local candidates only.
