V-Tron Electronics Corporation is looking for a Production Manager to join our team in our Attleboro location.
The Production Manager is a key member of the Production team who will organize and oversee the manufacturing process. Proficiency in production processes and the ability to guide your team to top performance will set you apart as a leader.
Expect to spend much of your time making decisions and solving problems. The right person for this role needs to be approachable and empathetic, with a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and understood.
The ideal candidate will be curious, have a strong attention to detail and passion for customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organize workflow to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize the production schedule and resolve issues.
