Orora's Cans business is growing! With rising demand across Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, we're investing $140M into our Rocklea facility, ensuring we can continue to meet growing customer needs. This investment includes a new high-speed can body line, boosting our capacity by 50% and featuring cutting-edge decoration and quality systems. The Production Manager leads all manufacturing operations at Rocklea, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production. You’ll manage a team of around six, leading a large, multi‑shift workforce to embed best‑practice manufacturing standards and drive continuous improvement. The role is accountable for safety, quality, cost, and delivery outcomes, ensuring production teams consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
