Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of company’s policies, procedures and work instructions for higher quality and productivity.
- Ensure all related activities are monitored and necessary actions are taken to meet operations KPI and on-time delivery.
- Liaise with customer(s) and supplier(s) as and when required.
- Initiate and implement operational expansion and process improvement for quality and cost efficiency improvement.
- Lead, coach and motivate subordinates, ensure high morale and teamwork across the organization.
- Review the performance of subordinates.
- Estimate costs and set the work standards during the operational expansion and ongoing operations.
- Identify training needs.
- Responsible for equipment utilization and yield.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed by all operations staff.
