Production Manager Duncannon £48k to 54k + benefits We are working with a successful NI heavy engineering manufacturer to recruit their new Production Manager in Dungannon. Leading a production function of up to 70 staff including supervisory management you will; Lead and plan production activities across to meet customer orders and to quality & within budget Coaching and developing staff Driving continuous and lean activities What we are looking for 3 + years experience in a production supervisory / management role preferably gained within a heavy engineering or manufacturing sector Knowledge of engineering / production machinery and processes An interest in lean / continuous improvement Strong planning and people management skills Fabrication / assembly experience is desirable Interviewing ASAP for more info or to apply please do not hesitate to email or call.
