| Deep understanding of electrical panel manufacturing standards (e.g., IEC, IS, UL) |
| Experience with: |
| Power Distribution Boards (PDB), Control Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC |
| AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software |
| Knowledge of electronic components, schematics, wiring diagrams |
| Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI systems (for automation-focused roles) |
| Production & Process Management Skills |
| Production Planning and Control (PPC) |
| Manpower management and shop floor supervision |
| Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S |
| Managing Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory, and material procurement |
| Ability to handle ISO standards, audits, and quality control processes |
| Regulatory & Safety Compliance |
| Familiarity with: |
| Electrical safety codes and industrial regulations |
| EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards |
| CE/UL/ROHS compliances (for export) |
| Soft Skills & Leadership |
| Strong team management and leadership qualities |
| Excellent communication and coordination skills |
| Problem-solving and decision-making ability |
| Strong focus on deadlines and cost control |
| Experience |
| 9-12 years of experience in electrical/electronics production |
| Prior work in electrical panel manufacturing units or electronics assembly lines |
