Job Description:

  • Solution oriented production approach to meet budgets and execution time frames
  • Leads and manages all pre-production and set up and breakdown of assigned events under the supervision of and in coordination with the whole team (client/coordinator/designer/technical team)
  • Liaising with the team to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
  • Making sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
  • Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Estimating costs and preparing budgets
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
  • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
