PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for Production Manager

Requirement: Factory Production Manager / Production Head

•Experience: 12–18 years (prefer 12–15), Automotive / sheet metal manufacturing background

•Role coverage: Press Shop + Welding Shop + Machine Shop + Coating Plant

•Also handle PPC + Dispatch (end-to-end production planning till delivery)

•Must be hands-on shopfloor leader (not only giving orders / desk job)

•Strong in systems + discipline: daily production tracking, MIS, output, rejection, downtime control

•Able to manage supervisors/operators with limited engineering manpower

•Prefer candidates from Tier-1 Auto component manufacturing

•Location: Faridabad / NCR
