We are currently looking for a Production Manager (f/m/d)

Key skills and qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

·        Proficient in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.

·        Minimum 3+ years of experience in production management and leadership role.

·        PCB assembly, SMT processes and electronic components handling background is a plus.

·        Demonstrated experience in process optimization, problem-solving and lean manufacturing methods.

·        Hands-on experience with ERP systems/SAP.

Proficient in visual management and continuous improvement practices

Your main Responsibilities 

As Production Manager, you will lead our production department to deliver efficient, high-quality and timely manufacturing results. You will foster collaboration across all departments and ensure that production capabilities, processes and teams are aligned with our company’s strategic goals.

Daily operations management:

·        Responsibility for capacity and personnel planning ensuring alignment with Mid&Long-Term forecast to optimize resource utilization.

·        Plan, prioritize and oversee daily production activities to meet delivery, quality and efficiency targets.

·        Take proactive corrective actions on the shop floor to maintain smooth and efficient production activities.

Production strategy & development:

·        Build and develop the production organization to align with company strategy.

·        Define and deliver on strategic goals regarding capabilities, KPIs, technologies, output and investment needs.

·        Oversee the new project introduction, start-up and ramp-up, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Leadership & team development:

·        Lead and mentor the production team to ensure optimal capacity, skill development and collaboration.

·        Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability and excellence.

Continuous improvement:

·        Implement lean and visual management principles across production lines.

·        Maintain 5S at the highest level.

·        Ensure full adherence to company and industry standards in quality (QMS), health and safety.

·        Monitor compliance performance and take timely corrective measures when needed.
