Seeking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team and manage our furniture facility in Ensenada B.C. Mexico. This position will report directly to the factory owner and will handle a variety of management tasks, including but not limited to metrics (efficiencies), costs, engineering, planning, production management, training programs & quality control.
Experiência y requisitos
Responsibilities: Plan, organize and direct the entire furniture production process to ensure that pieces are produced efficiently and on time. Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues. Prepare production reports. Enforce quality control, check list, supervision. Maintain an effective workforce through hiring, training, coaching and disciplinary actions. Enforce company and regulatory safety rules and regulations.
