Production Manager

We are seeking a Tissue Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive efficiency, quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily tissue production operations, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
• Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage production schedules and materials inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
