Intro Summary of the Role:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing production operations to meet organizational goals. This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing a team of supervisors and engineers.

    • What You Will Do:

  • Execute production as per plan and ensure achievement of KPIs (yield, A%T, quality targets)
  • Review and implement monthly production schedules and resource planning
  • Drive GMP and EHS compliance, conduct audits, and lead improvement initiatives
  • Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Utilities, and QA teams for smooth operations
  • Develop SOPs and ensure compliance through training
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and multiskilling programs
  • Prepare and review production reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

    • What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of GMP, EHS, and production processes in a manufacturing environment
  • B. Pharma / B.E / B.Tech., MBA or equivalent management qualification
  • 10–15 years in production management with advanced-level expertise
  • Resource planning and scheduling
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Languages: English & Hindi (Required)
  • Competencies:Business Acumen, Agility, collaboration
