Deputy Manager

Senior Manager
Deputy General Manager
Senior General Manager
Experience Range:
Deputy Manager: 7–8 years
Manager: 9–10 years
Senior Manager: 12–13 years
Deputy General Manager: 14–15 years
Senior General Manager: 18–19 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations of the cell manufacturing line , ensuring excellence in production, quality, cost, safety, and manpower utilization.
Manage shift operations collaboratively to meet and exceed production KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to enhance productivity and quality while optimizing costs.
Plan and execute daily operations aligned with customer and business expectations.
Own accountability for production output, yield, and product quality.
Prepare daily consumption data and forecast material requirements as per production targets.
Ensure adherence to safe working practices and SOPs.
Manage engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
Lead training and skill development of operators for processes and products.

B. Tech
