Job Opening: QC Chemist cum Production Manager

Experience- 3- 6 years

Ctc- upto 6.6 Lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days – 6 days (10 am-7 Pm)

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing / Laboratory

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Quality Control (QC) laboratory activities and production operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and testing protocols.
• Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, batch execution, and resource allocation.
• Ensure proper documentation, SOP adherence, and compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process deviations and quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• M.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory).
• Prior experience in Quality Control and Production (preferred).
• Strong understanding of QC systems, SOPs, and GMP practices.
• Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle dual responsibilities in a start up environment.

• Willing to take ownership of both QC and production functions.
