Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Control

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly production plans based on customer demand and capacity.
• Ensure optimal utilization of offset printing machines, die cutters, and folding–gluing lines .
• Monitor plan vs actual and take corrective actions to avoid delays and backlogs.
• Control WIP and finished goods inventory.

2. Offset Printing Operations

• Manage offset printing processes (Heidelberg / Komori / KBA or similar).
• Ensure correct shade matching, ink consumption control, and print quality .
• Approve first-off samples and ensure process adherence.
• Reduce setup time and changeover losses.

3. Quality & Compliance (Pharma Focus)

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO, and customer quality requirements .
