Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise production processes
• Ensure production targets are met within budget and deadlines
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards
• Manage, train, and motivate production team
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production management software and lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
