About The Role:
The Production Manager is a critical leader in ensuring the consistent quality, efficiency, and safety of food production across all brands and branches of The Moment Group of Restaurants. This role will oversee the end-to-end production processes, manage kitchen and production teams, and ensure that each branch delivers the highest standards in food preparation, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food production processes across 7 brands and 75 branches to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with recipes, standards, and presentation.
Monitor production schedules, inventory usage, and ingredient allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, hygiene, and food safety.
Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
