About The Role:

The Production Manager is a critical leader in ensuring the consistent quality, efficiency, and safety of food production across all brands and branches of The Moment Group of Restaurants. This role will oversee the end-to-end production processes, manage kitchen and production teams, and ensure that each branch delivers the highest standards in food preparation, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee food production processes across 7 brands and 75 branches to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with recipes, standards, and presentation.

• Monitor production schedules, inventory usage, and ingredient allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, hygiene, and food safety.

• Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
