Production Manager

**In this Role, your responsibilities will Be**:
- Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective management of resources
- Management and monitoring of area KPIs
- Compliance with the production program in terms of quantity and quality on the production process and establish goals
- Manage and plan production of the area, based on the requirement
- Implement process improvements for the operation
- Detect and resolve findings in the operation
- Promote continuous improvement projects
- Root cause analysis and action plans
- Development of strategies to improve production
- Know and ensure that the personnel under your charge know and understand the Company's Quality Policy
- Supervise and motivate personnel to keep areas in compliance with the requirements of a 5S's+1 plant.
