**Production Manager, Monticello, AR**
When you join our team as a **Production Manager** , you will be responsible for the overall operation and
performance of the sawmill and finishing end at our Monticello Division. The
successful candidate will be an engaging safety leader who will manage a highly
motivated team in a technical and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This
position will be responsible for the safe and effective management of all
production areas of the operation, including the sawmill, planer, kilns, and
shipping department.

+ Oversee the day-to-day operations ofthe Monticello mill including sawmill, planer, kiln, and shippingdepartments.
