Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations at the BIGGS Inc. Commissary to ensure the consistent availability of required products for timely delivery to restaurant branches. The role aims to prevent zero-stock situations while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.

• Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet demand and delivery schedules
