This key role requires 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience and deep expertise in electronics manufacturing, specializing in the assembly and integration of advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks. The Manager will be fully accountable for achieving daily production goals, maintaining high quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, high-performance work environment.

  • Production & OTD Management: Direct all aspects of the daily production schedule, coordinating diverse resources (materials, personnel, equipment) to achieve on-time delivery (OTD)
