A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations within a corrugated packaging facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader with deep corrugate industry experience who can drive operational excellence, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
MUST-HAVES (Required Qualifications)
Extensive experience in a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility
7+ years of leadership experience within the corrugate industry
Strong preference for experience in a converting operation (paper to box)
Technical degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
