Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume automotive metal-mechanical environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily production operations and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949).
  • Drive KPIs, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
  • Support new product launches and capacity planning.
  • Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and high-volume production.
